The 12-speed Deore drivetrain, built to your bike

Deore M6100 gives you Shimano's 12-speed MICRO SPLINE system at its most affordable: HYPERGLIDE+ shifting, a SHADOW RD+ clutch derailleur and the wide 10-51T cassette that the XT and SLX groups use. This kit is the drivetrain; add the crank, brakes and bottom bracket you need and leave out what you already have.

Kit includes

  • SL-M6100 RAPIDFIRE PLUS right shifter, 12-speed; choose band clamp or I-SPEC EV
  • RD-M6100-SGS SHADOW RD+ rear derailleur, long cage, for the 10-51T cassette
  • CS-M6100 MICRO SPLINE cassette, 10-51T
  • CN-M6100 12-speed chain, 126 links, with QUICK-LINK

Options

  • FC-M6100-1 crankset, 170 or 175 mm with a 30 or 32T ring (52 mm chainline)
  • BB-MT801 threaded (68/73 mm) or BB-MT800 press-fit (89.5/92 mm) bottom bracket
  • BR-M6100 two-piston or BR-M6120 four-piston Deore brakes, front and rear J-kits
  • RT-CL700 Center Lock rotors (choose size, up to two)

Every part can be deselected if you already have it. The cassette needs a MICRO SPLINE freehub body. e-bike riders leave the crank out and fit the drivetrain to the motor's own crank.
