The SLX 1x12 drivetrain, built to your bike
SLX M7100 is the working rider's 12-speed: the same HYPERGLIDE+ shifting, SHADOW RD+ clutch derailleur and MICRO SPLINE cassette as Deore XT, a little heavier and a good deal cheaper. This kit is the drivetrain; add the crank, chainring, brakes and bottom bracket you need and leave out what you already have.
Kit includes
- SL-M7100 RAPIDFIRE PLUS right shifter, 12-speed; choose band clamp or I-SPEC EV
- RD-M7100-SGS SHADOW RD+ rear derailleur, long cage, for the 10-51T cassette
- CS-M7100 MICRO SPLINE cassette, 10-51T
- CN-M7100 12-speed chain, 116 links, with QUICK-LINK
Options
- FC-M7100-1 crankset, 170 or 175 mm (52 mm chainline, no chainring)
- SM-CRM75 direct mount chainring, 30, 32 or 34T
- BB-MT801 threaded (68/73 mm) or BB-MT800 press-fit (89.5/92 mm) bottom bracket
- BR-M7100 two-piston race brakes (front, rear) or BR-M7120 four-piston trail brakes (front, rear), as J-kits
- RT-CL700 Center Lock rotors (choose size, up to two)
- Polymer-coated shift cable set
Every part can be deselected if you already have it. The cassette needs a MICRO SPLINE freehub body. e-bike riders leave the crank out and fit the drivetrain to the motor's own crank.
