The LINKGLIDE drivetrain for e-bikes that eat chains
Deore M5130 is Shimano's LINKGLIDE 10-speed drivetrain, built for the torque of a mid-drive e-bike motor: thicker, taller sprocket teeth and a chain to match give up to three times the wear life of a conventional cassette and shift cleanly under full power. There is no crank in this kit because your motor already has one; add the shifter, derailleur, cassette and chain and the bike shifts like new for far longer.
Kit includes
- SL-M5130-R RAPIDFIRE PLUS right shifter, 10-speed, LINKGLIDE
- RD-M5130-GS SHADOW RD+ rear derailleur, 43T max, LINKGLIDE
- CS-LG400-10 LINKGLIDE cassette, 11-43T (HG spline freehub)
- CN-LG500 LINKGLIDE chain, 138 links, with QUICK-LINK (long enough for e-bike chainstays)

- BR-M6120 four-piston Deore brakes, front and rear J-kits
- BR-MT520 four-piston e-bike brakes, front and rear J-kits
- RT-CL700 Center Lock rotors (choose size, up to two)
Every part can be deselected if you already have it. LINKGLIDE parts only work with each other: the shifter, derailleur, cassette and chain must all be LINKGLIDE, and the RD-M5130-GS takes the 11-43T cassette (not the 11-48). The cassette fits a standard Shimano HG freehub body.

Shimano offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on every component in this kit. For warranty support, return the item to Tune Cycles.
