This is an editable kit: choose your crank length and left-shifter mount in the "Customise Your Purchase" panel, and deselect any part you already have. The kit price shown is for the default configuration.

• Shifters: SL-U8000-11R Rapidfire Plus right shifter (11-speed) and SL-U8000-L left shifter (2-speed, clamp band or I-SPEC II)
• Rear derailleur: RD-U8020-SGS — takes an 11-45T cassette only, with the 48T of capacity the 46-32T crank needs
• Front derailleur: FD-U8010-L, for the 46-32T chainrings
• Cassette: CS-LG700-11 LINKGLIDE 11-speed 11-45T (HG spline freehub) — the 11-50T version is not compatible with RD-U8020
• Chain: CN-LG500 LINKGLIDE chain with quick link

Optional parts (left out unless you add them): FC-U8000-2 HOLLOWTECH II crankset, 170 mm or 175 mm, 46-32T (e-bikes and bikes keeping their crank leave it at 0), BB-MT501 HOLLOWTECH II bottom bracket (68/73 mm threaded), BR-U8000 / BL-U8000 hydraulic disc brake sets (front and rear), and RT-MT800 CENTER LOCK rotors (choose the size, up to two). The crank, bottom bracket, brakes and rotors start at 0, so e-bikes and bikes keeping their own parts are not charged for them.
