Shimano's 12-speed gravel double, at the RX610 price
GRX RX610 brings the 12-speed GRX drivetrain to a mid-range price: ST-RX610 DUAL CONTROL levers with the grippy GRX hood shape, hydraulic flat-mount calipers, and the same RD-RX820 and FD-RX820 derailleurs as the top mechanical GRX. The 46-30T double with an 11-36T cassette gives a genuinely low climbing gear for loaded gravel and bikepacking. This kit is the complete groupset with the crank; leave out anything you already have.
Kit includes
- ST-RX610 right shift/brake lever with BR-RX400 front hydraulic flat-mount caliper (J-kit, 1000 mm hose)
- ST-RX610 left shift/brake lever with BR-RX400 rear hydraulic flat-mount caliper (J-kit, 1700 mm hose)
- FD-RX820 front derailleur, braze-on
- RD-RX820 rear derailleur, SHADOW RD+, for double cranks (36T max)
- CS-R7100 12-speed cassette; choose 11-34T or 11-36T (HG freehub)
- CN-M7100 12-speed chain, 116 links, with QUICK-LINK
- FC-RX610-2 HOLLOWTECH II crankset (included), 46-30T, in 165, 170, 172.5 or 175 mm
Options

Every part can be deselected if you already have it. The RD-RX820 is the double-specific GRX derailleur: it takes an 11-34 or 11-36T cassette and needs the FD-RX820 up front. The 12-speed HG cassette fits a standard Shimano road freehub.
