The DT Swiss FR 571 is a burly aluminium rim built for Freeride, Downhill and bike park abuse, with extra material added at key points to shrug off impacts and pinch flats. It is the heavier-duty sibling of the FR 541, ready for the hardest hits.

Built for gravity
The FR 571 is engineered for the violence of Freeride and Downhill riding. DT Swiss adds extra material at the rim's key stress points to resist dents, cracks and pinch flats when you are landing hard and smashing through rock gardens. The welded joint gives a consistent, strong hoop, while the non-eyelet PHR (Pro Head Reinforcement) spoke bed holds high tension for a stiff, durable wheel. The hooked bead seats gravity tyres securely at the pressures DH and bike park riding demands.
Compatibility & fit
This is the black version (includes decal set) in a 32-hole drilling. It is disc-specific (no braking surface) and Tubeless Ready (hooked) with a Presta valve (6.5mm valve hole). Build it into a disc-brake gravity or e-MTB wheelset using 32 spokes.
DT Swiss covers this rim with a 24-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Normal wear items, including tubeless tape, are not covered. The DT Swiss crash-replacement (Fair Share) programme applies to carbon rims only and does not apply to this aluminium rim.
