Wireless Di2 shifting at Deore money

Deore Di2 M6250 brings Shimano's wireless SHADOW ES derailleur, battery-in-the-mech design and the SW-M6250 switch down to the Deore tier. No wires, no frame ports needed: the derailleur carries its own BT-DN320 battery and the switch runs on a coin cell. It shifts the same HYPERGLIDE+ 10-51T cassette as the mechanical Deore, so it drops straight onto a MICRO SPLINE wheel.

Kit includes

• GP-M6250 Di2 drivetrain kit: RD-M6250-SGS wireless rear derailleur, BT-DN320 battery, EC-DN100 USB-C charger and SW-M6250 right shift switch; choose band clamp or I-SPEC EV
• CS-M6100 MICRO SPLINE cassette, 10-51T
• CN-M6100 12-speed chain, 126 links, with QUICK-LINK

Options

• FC-M6100-1 crankset, 170 or 175 mm with 30 or 32T ring (52 mm chainline)
• BB-MT801 threaded (68/73 mm) or BB-MT800 press-fit (89.5/92 mm) bottom bracket
• BR-M6100 two-piston (front, rear) or BR-M6120 four-piston (front, rear) Deore brakes, as J-kits
• RT-CL700 Center Lock rotors (choose size, up to two)

Every part can be deselected if you already have it. The RD-M6250 is made for the 10-51T cassette; the XT CS-M8200 10-51T also fits if you want the lighter cassette. e-bike riders leave the crank out and fit the drivetrain to the motor's own crank.
