This is the left lever of a pair, handling front derailleur (2x) shifting and one mechanical cable-actuated disc brake caliper (sold separately). It is built for Shimano CUES 9- and 10-speed mechanical drivetrains. On a standard drop-bar road setup the left lever operates the front brake; brake side is determined by how the brake cable is routed, so it can be set up to suit your preference. Reach is adjustable. Not compatible with hydraulic disc brakes or electronic (Di2) shifting.
