X-DOME and XD driver

Eagle cassettes require an XD driver freehub — the 10T smallest cog can't fit on a standard HG freehub's spline interface. The XD driver system uses a thread-on ring that accepts Eagle cassettes, and the X-DOME cassette's individual cog design threads directly onto that interface without a spider.
