The SPEEDPLAY ZERO is the all-rounder of the Wahoo SPEEDPLAY range: a stainless steel, dual-sided road pedal built for everything from crit racing to long days in the hills. It is also the only SPEEDPLAY pedal offered in extended spindle lengths, so you can choose the standard 53 mm spindle or a 56, 59 or 65 mm spindle for a wider stance.

Built to take a beating
A stainless steel spindle and Grivory GV-6H body, running on triple-sealed cartridge and needle bearings, give long life with minimal maintenance. Wahoo sets no rider-weight limit on the ZERO.
Which spindle length?
Spindle length sets how far your foot sits from the crank, which Speedplay quotes as Q-factor. The 53 mm spindle is Wahoo's standard length and the one most riders start on. The 56, 59 and 65 mm spindles are extended custom lengths that move each foot further outboard, for riders whose hips, foot angle or knee tracking call for a wider stance.
Wahoo strongly recommends consulting an experienced bike fitter before choosing a non-standard spindle, because the right length is individual.
Fit you can fine-tune
SPEEDPLAY cleats adjust on three separate axes: fore-aft (up to 13 mm), side to side, and rotational float, which you can set anywhere from 0° to 15°. That lets you set foot position and heel movement independently, something most road pedal systems can't do.

Compatibility & fit
Fits standard 3-hole road shoes. Speedplay-specific 4-hole shoes need Wahoo's 4-hole adaptor plate, sold separately. Wahoo SPEEDPLAY Standard Tension and Easy Tension Walkable Cleats both fit every current Wahoo SPEEDPLAY pedal, so you can swap tension without changing pedals.
Designed for road and indoor trainer use only. Keep cleats clean of dirt and grit, and lubricate the springs with a PTFE dry lube.
In the box: left and right pedals, Standard Tension cleat assembly (with walkable covers), screw packet, quick start guide. Installation needs a #2 Phillips screwdriver and an 8 mm hex key.
Tune Cycles can fit the pedals and mount and adjust your cleats as a separate workshop service, booked with our Melbourne workshop; fitting is not included in the price.
Wahoo warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, for the original purchaser under normal use. Warranty claims are handled in the country of purchase. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Wahoo SPEEDPLAY pedals are sealed and not user-serviceable: taking the pedal apart voids the warranty. Cleats are wear items and are not covered for normal wear.
For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Wahoo's Australian distributor.
