SPEEDPLAY POWER Dual puts a power meter in both pedals, so you get total power, left/right balance and cadence from the SPEEDPLAY system riders already know. Move it between bikes by swapping pedals, with no crank or hub to change.

Two sensors, the full picture

Each pedal measures its own leg, so total power is a true sum rather than an estimate, and left/right balance shows any imbalance between legs. That is useful for injury recovery or for working on pedalling symmetry. Cadence comes from an internal gyroscope.

Accuracy you can train with

Wahoo rates the pedals to ±1%, with temperature compensation to keep readings accurate through big temperature and elevation changes. LEDs at the base of the spindle show power, connection and low-battery status.

Battery and upkeep

The rechargeable battery lasts up to 75 hours and takes about 1.5 hours to fill from a standard 5V USB charger. The pedals need no routine maintenance, but they are sealed: don't open them.

Compatibility & fit

Compatible with 3-hole road shoes and Speedplay-specific 4-hole shoes. With some shoes the sole can touch the power pod as the pedal turns, so check clearance before riding: a 2.5 mm cleat spacer is included for shoes that need it. Washers are included to keep at least 1 mm between the pod and the crank arm. Works with oval chainrings. Road and trainer use only.

Pairs with Wahoo ELEMNT computers and KICKR trainers, and with most ANT+ or Bluetooth bike computers, watches and training apps such as Zwift and TrainerRoad. Set-up, calibration and firmware updates run through the Wahoo app.

In the box: left and right power pedals, Standard Tension cleats and cleat assembly, washers (x2), cleat spacer, screw packet, charging cable and clips, quick start guide. Installation needs #1 and #2 Phillips screwdrivers and an 8mm hex key.
