The Direttissima is built for riders who pick the most direct line down the hill. A progressive lever linkage and a stiff, machined system give you serious power with a crisp, consistent bite point that stays easy to control.

Power that builds as you pull

The lever drives the 9 mm pump piston through a toggle-joint (knee-lever) linkage. As you pull further, the linkage multiplies your input, so the brake has plenty in reserve without feeling like an arm-wrestle with the handlebar.

A bite point you can rely on

Stiff 7075 aluminium parts and high-pressure Kevlar hoses keep flex out of the system, so you feel the moment the pads touch the disc. A low-friction polymer pump piston, a lever with no play and caliper pistons that retract evenly keep that bite point in the same place, ride after ride.

What's in the box

Front and rear brakes, machined handlebar clamps, Power+ 850 and Standard 850 pads, mounting hardware and two M4 bleed adapters. The hoses come at 900 mm (front) and 1,700 mm (rear). Discs and caliper adapters are sold separately.

Compatibility & fit

Front and rear brakes with post-mount calipers. Caliper adapters and discs are not included, so add the adapters and rotors your frame and fork need. Maximum disc thickness is 2.10 mm. Replacement pads use Trickstuff shape 850, and the system runs Bionol brake fluid.

Actuation is front right / rear left: the right-hand lever works the front brake.

Trickstuff interfaces (sold separately) mount SRAM MatchMaker X (MMX) and Shimano I-Spec EV shifters directly to the Direttissima pump.

Fitting isn't included. Our Marrickville workshop can fit the brakes, shorten the hoses to suit your bike, bleed the system with Bionol and set up the levers.
