Construction & Design

The BR-R9270 calliper is built around a mono-body (single-piece) aluminium structure. This construction approach eliminates flex points present in multi-piece designs, translating lever input directly into braking force with exceptional feedback. Compatibility & Fit

This is the rear calliper with flat mount. Compatible with the Dura-Ace R9200 hydraulic system including ST-R9270 and ST-R9270-L Di2 levers. Uses Shimano mineral oil. Hose kit SM-BH90-JK-SSR is recommended. Compatible with 140mm and 160mm rotors (rotor not included). Calliper fixing bolt requires a 4 mm hex key.
