HYPERGLIDE+ tunes the chain plate profiles to engage the cassette sprockets more smoothly, so shifts are quicker and quieter even when you are climbing or putting power down. The result is a drivetrain that stays composed when conditions get rough.

Built to last off-road

SIL-TEC surface treatment lays a low-friction coating into the inner plates and rollers, cutting drag and helping the chain shed grime and resist wear through long, dirty rides. An extended portion of the inner plate adds chain retention to keep the chain seated under impact.

Quick link included

Each chain ships with a Shimano SM-CN910-12 12-speed quick link, which snaps together by hand with forward pedal pressure. The link is rated single-use, so keep a spare on hand if you plan to split the chain for cleaning or service.
