Air-Liner Protect e-Bike is Vittoria's tyre insert made for eMTBs, built to take the heavier weight and harder impacts that come with a motor while keeping the bike agile.

Made for eMTB loads

Heavier bikes hit rims harder. The e-Bike version is engineered for the stresses of eMTB riding, giving the tyre support and protection without dulling how the bike responds.

Compatibility & fit

Sized for 27.5 in wheels with 2.4-2.6 in tyres on rims with 28-35 mm internal width. For tubeless tyres only, used with a Multiway tubeless valve (one 40 mm valve supplied). It won't work with inner tubes.

Fitting an insert is a separate workshop job and isn't included in the price. The Tune Cycles workshop can fit it and set up your tubeless system for you.

Vittoria's warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to Vittoria's warranty assessment. For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Vittoria's Australian distributor.
