Tyreinvader is a light, simple anti-pinch-flat insert for tubeless tyres. It protects tyre and rim from hard hits so you can run the pressures you like, without changing how the wheel rides.

Flat profile, minimal influence

Tyreinvader is flat, so it only comes into play when needed, unlike round inserts that compress often during normal riding. It sits tightly on the rim, so in an emergency it pushes the tyre against the rim and lets you ride a short distance on a flat. Effetto doesn't recommend riding it at zero pressure on purpose.

Sealant and maintenance

The insert's surfaces get wet with sealant, so Effetto recommends adding about 30ml more sealant than usual. It's designed around Caffélatex and Végétalex. EVA has no set expiry, but check the insert once a year or after hard riding and replace it if needed.

Compatibility & fit

Requires tubeless or tubeless-ready tyres and sealant. Choose by rim external width and tyre section, per Effetto Mariposa's size guide (table below). Weights are for uncut 29" inserts (±5%). Insert installation is a separate Tune Cycles workshop service and isn't included.
