The Adventurer X ST pairs a low step-through frame with a torque-sensing Bafang M410 mid-drive and a dropper post, so it is as happy on gravel and dirt paths as it is on the commute. Easy to get on, strong on climbs, and fully equipped for everyday use.

  • Climbs with less effort: the Bafang M410 mid-drive (250 W, 36 V) makes 80 Nm and reads your pedalling through a torque sensor.
  • Range for longer outings: an integrated 36 V, 460 Wh Reention Mini Eel battery gives up to 60 km per charge.
  • Drop the saddle when the track tips down: an Exaform hydraulic dropper post with 100 mm travel, plus an adjustable stem to fine-tune your fit.
  • Takes the edge off rough ground: an 80 mm suspension fork and Kenda Aptor 27.5" x 2.35" tyres.
  • Gears and brakes for mixed terrain: Shimano CUES 9-speed with a gear shift sensor, and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes.
  • Kitted out: rear rack (25 kg), mudguards, integrated front and rear lights and a kickstand are included.

Road legal, pedal-assist only

Assistance is limited to 250 W and 25 km/h, it only works while you pedal, and there is no throttle. It is built to EN15194 and road legal across all Australian states and territories.

Sizing

The Adventurer X ST comes in Charcoal: Small for riders 155–175 cm and Medium for 175 cm and taller. It weighs 24.3 kg including the battery and is rated for a 110 kg rider plus 25 kg on the rear rack.

VelectriX warranty, from the date of purchase:

  • Frame: 5 years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Motor, battery and motor controller: 2 years.
  • Battery charger, display, wiring looms, pedal-assist sensor and gear-shift sensor: 1 year.
  • Fork, stem, handlebar, headset, seatpost, saddle, brakes, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, spokes, hubs, derailleur, shifter and rear rack: 1 year.

Wear items aren't covered: tyres and tubes, kickstand, mudguards, lights, grips, brake pads and rotors, chainrings, cassette, chain and gear cables. A battery that keeps at least 60% of its capacity within 2 years is considered normal ageing. The frame is rated for a 110 kg rider plus 25 kg of luggage. The warranty covers the original purchaser of a bike bought through an authorised VelectriX dealer (Tune Cycles is one), with proof of purchase, and claims go through that dealer.
