Built on SRAM's HydroHC hydraulic platform, this RED-level caliper is engineered for confident, controlled stopping. The two-piece flat mount body provides a stiff, precise structure so lever input translates directly into braking force, giving you the modulation to feather speed on long descents and the power to pull up hard when you need it.

Easy maintenance

SRAM's Bleeding Edge port makes bleeding the system quick and clean, reducing fluid spills and trapped air for a consistent lever feel. The caliper arrives assembled with organic compound pads already installed, so you only need to mount it, route and connect your hose, and bleed.

Compatibility and fit

Flat mount caliper designed for the SRAM RED / Force eTap AXS HRD hydraulic disc brake system. Use with a compatible SRAM AXS HRD shift-brake lever and DOT-compatible hydraulic hose (hose sold separately). A brake rotor is not included; pair with your preferred CenterLine or compatible flat-mount rotor and the correct flat-mount adapter for your fork or frame and rotor size. Can be set up as a front or rear caliper. In the Australian setup the left lever operates the rear brake and the right lever the front.
