How to use it

Start by adding one scoop to 355–500 ml of water and shake. Use it when you want electrolytes and a touch of real fruit for flavour, but nothing more. On hot or extra-sweaty days, add Skratch Labs Electrolyte Booster for more sodium without adding calories, carbs or flavour.

What it tastes like

Unsweetened on purpose. This one has the most noticeable salty taste, but nowhere near a salt bomb. It won't taste sweet, so your carbohydrate can come from chews, bars or food instead.
