Raspberry Limeade is a caffeinated take on the original Skratch Labs mix, which founder Dr Allen Lim first built as the Secret Drink Mix by stripping sports drinks back to the essentials. This flavour adds 50 mg of caffeine per serve.

How to use it

Add one scoop to 350–500 ml of water and shake. As a starting point, drink 1–2 servings for each hour of exercise, but also mind your thirst: use when sweating, drink when thirsty. Great for preloading, during activity and whenever you are thirsty.
