How to use it

Start by adding half to one scoop (200–400 mg sodium) to 350–500 ml of any drink and shake. Adjust for sweat rate, ride length and weather; Skratch Labs says most athletes max out at around two scoops per bottle. It is made to mix, not to be taken on its own, so always dissolve it in water or another drink.
