Bearing Service

The cup and cone bearing design uses standard stainless steel ball bearings and features cone wrench flats on the axle ends, making routine adjustment and full overhauls straightforward. Unlike cartridge-bearing hubs, the adjustable system allows the rider to dial in exactly the right bearing preload and replace individual components rather than entire assemblies.

Compatibility & Fit

This hub is designed for modern Boost front fork standards. Axle: 15mm E-THRU, 110mm over-locknut distance (Boost). Brake mount: Centre Lock disc only — not compatible with 6-bolt rotors without an adapter. Spoke interface: J-bend (standard), 32-hole. Compatible with all Shimano Centre Lock rotors and standard 15mm thru-axle forks with a 110mm Boost spacing.
