Smart Connectivity

Three support modes — ECO, TRAIL, and BOOST — are fully customisable through the E-TUBE PROJECT Cyclist app via Bluetooth. You can adjust maximum torque output, acceleration response, and assist start level for each mode, and store two complete rider profiles to share the bike between riders. Paired with a compatible Di2 drivetrain, the system also supports Auto Shift (automatic gear changes based on speed and cadence) and Free Shift (shifting while stationary or under load) for a seamless urban riding experience.

The DU-EP600-CRG is a midship (mid-drive) unit requiring a dedicated e-bike frame with an EP6-compatible motor mount. It accepts Shimano-specific e-bike cranksets (direct mount) with a Q-Factor of 177 mm. Compatible with Di2 internal geared hubs and Di2 rear derailleurs.
