Efficient, comfortable pedalling
A glass fibre reinforced nylon sole keeps the shoe light while resisting flex, so more of your effort drives the pedals rather than being lost in the shoe. It is a noticeable upgrade from trainers or soft-soled shoes for longer rides and faster efforts.
Secure, adjustable fit
Three durable hook-and-loop straps spread tightening force evenly across the top of the foot, while an offset strap relieves pressure at the highest point. The surround wrapping upper reduces overlap for a glove-like hold that also accommodates broader feet.

Compatibility & fit
This shoe uses the three-bolt mounting pattern for SPD-SL road cleats and other standard three-bolt road pedal systems. Cleats are not included. This listing is a size EU 43 in White. As fit varies between riders, we recommend checking Shimano's size chart before ordering.
