Ride Concepts Tallac Clip MTB Shoe – Women's, Black – US 5
SKU code: RFX-RC2728-510
Tallac Clip is Ride Concepts' lightweight clipless trail shoe, built on women's-specific construction with classic laces and a power strap over the instep. A stiff Level 5 flex platform puts your effort into the pedals on cross-country and trail rides.
Highlights
- Traditional laces with a hook-and-loop power strap and elastic lace tuck
- ClipGrip rubber outsole with reverse hex relief at the toe and heel
- 40 mm long cleat box with index markings and an extended cleat pocket runway
- Stiff Level 5 flex with an RC PowerDrive nylon shank
- 434 g per shoe (women's US 8)
Secure, simple fit
Laces let you set tension along the whole foot, the hook-and-loop power strap adds support over the instep, and an elastic lace tuck keeps loose ends tidy. A fully gusseted tongue keeps the fit snug and helps keep dirt and rocks out, and a heel pull tab makes the shoe easy to get on.
Clipless setup
The ClipGrip rubber outsole is tuned so nothing gets in the way when you clip in and out, while still giving traction when you're hiking. A 40 mm long cleat box with index markings and an extended cleat pocket runway gives plenty of fore-aft room to place your cleat, and an RC PowerDrive nylon shank drives power and keeps the sole laterally stiff. Internal TPU toe protection and a TPU mud guard shield your foot and the upper, while an EVA midsole and a D3O High Impact Zone Technology insole absorb impact and reduce fatigue. An anti-bacterial mesh lining controls odour.
