Dial-in fit
The PerformFit Wrap from the BOA Fit System is designed to improve power transfer and efficiency while giving a precise, micro-adjustable fit. The Li2 dial tightens and loosens in both directions on low-friction textile laces. A fully gusseted tongue keeps the fit snug and stops it shifting, and a heel pull tab makes the shoe easy to get on.
Grip and protection
MaxGrip is Ride Concepts' softest and grippiest rubber compound, tuned for pedal contact and feel. The hexagon outsole pattern lets flat pedal pins bite, and reverse hex relief at the toe and heel gives you traction when a climb or descent turns into a hike. Internal TPU toe protection and integrated D3O top-of-foot pads guard against knocks, a TPU mud guard keeps dirt and debris off the upper, and an EVA midsole with a D3O High Impact Zone Technology insole absorbs impact and reduces fatigue. An anti-bacterial mesh lining controls odour.
