Lever Design

The BL-RX810-L is built for mixed-terrain riding where hand position and control are constantly changing. Reach adjustment is tool-assisted, and free-stroke can be dialled in to suit rider preference. The lever clamp accepts 23.8–24.2 mm bar diameters standard on drop-bar gravel bikes. Shimano mineral oil provides a consistent, fade-resistant feel in all conditions.

Caliper Performance

The BR-RX810-R flat mount caliper uses a two-piston design with Shimano's ICE TECHNOLOGIES heat management to keep braking performance stable on extended descents. The included L05A-RF finned resin pads draw heat away from the caliper body, reducing fade in sustained braking situations. Rear mount offset is configurable from 10 to 35 mm to suit a wide range of frame standards.

Compatibility & Fit

This set is designed for 1×11-speed GRX mechanical drivetrains. The BR-RX810-R caliper uses flat mount fixing and is compatible with Shimano SM-RT800 and RT-MT800 rotors (not included). Hose included: SM-BH90-JK-SSR (straight joint, 1000 mm). Compatible with Shimano mineral oil only — do not use DOT fluid.
