Tubeless Setup

Shimano includes 30mm tubeless rim tape and a tubeless valve with the wheel, so converting to tubeless is a straightforward job with the right tyre and sealant. The aluminium rim bead seat is formed to hold tubeless tyres reliably without excessive inflation pressure. Recommended tyre width range is 2.25–2.60".

Compatibility & Fit

Front axle standard: 110mm O.L.D. / 15mm diameter Boost thru-axle (E-THRU). Brake interface: Centre Lock disc (rotor not included). Rim diameter: 27.5" (650B). This is a front wheel only — no freehub body. Compatible with any Centre Lock disc brake system and any Boost fork with a 15mm thru-axle.
