Built for STEPS e-bikes

This is not a standard rotor. The internally-toothed lockring houses a magnet that the Shimano EW-SS302 speed sensor reads to track wheel speed, which the STEPS system uses to manage motor assistance. It is designed for the rear wheel of e-bikes running Shimano DU-EP800, EP801 or EP600 drive units.
