DT Swiss's top-tier carbon gravel rear wheel in a 30mm adventure profile, built for 700C and compatible with Shimano road cassettes. The GRC 1100 DICUT combines a hooked 24mm internal width carbon rim with the 180 DICUT hub — DT Swiss's lightest production hub — running SINC ceramic bearings and 36-tooth Ratchet EXP engagement.

Hub and engagement
The 180 DICUT hub uses SINC ceramic bearings for lower rolling resistance across long days in the dirt. The 36T Ratchet EXP engages at 10° — crisp, immediate power delivery on loose surfaces where delayed engagement costs momentum.
Why hooked bead
The GRC 1100 deliberately uses a hooked rim, keeping the full range of tyre pressures and tyre models available — no hookless restrictions. Optimised for 30–40mm tyres.
Compatibility
Rear wheel: 12×142mm Centre-Lock disc. Shimano HG freehub (11-speed road, backwards compatible). Matching front wheel: APO-DTW-GRC11F001.
DT Swiss wheels are covered by DT Swiss's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear from normal use, incorrect installation or crash damage is not covered. Carbon rims may also be eligible for DT Swiss's Fair Share crash-replacement programme — ask us for the current terms. For any warranty claim or support, return the wheel to Tune Cycles and we will handle it with DT Swiss's Australian distributor.
