The new offset 6-pawl freehub lifts engagement from 44 to 108 points, with 3 pawls always engaged for balanced load distribution and better longevity. The zero-drag labyrinth seal eliminates contact-seal drag entirely — a real-world benefit on long freewheeling descents. Bearings are standard-spec, hub bodies and end caps swap with basic tools to cover any future axle or drivetrain standard changes.
