These wheels are a great upgrade for your off the shelf MTB.  We spec these to be a jack-of-all trades, focusing on the 32 spoke hub size and insider tip... Trek, Giant & Specialized often use the 350 hub internals for their top end OEM wheels. 

This makes it a great upgrade choice for dual suspensions under $8k that typically come with 3-pawl hubs and lack the engagement and servicability of the star ratchet system.

You can choose the axle and rotor mounts to match your frame and a compatible rim width and diametre to suit.  Please note that if you're looking for a wheel with that little bit extra then the DT 240 hub is worth the jump.

DT Swiss 350 MTB Hub Series

All of the performance of a DT Swiss 240 Hub without the relentless focus on weight shaving. 

Thanks to the proven freehub Ratchet System, the 350 hub is a dependable partner for every adventure. The 36 tooth ratchets ensure direct power transmission. The sophisticated yet simple construction of the hub allows a low weight while providing outstanding rolling performance. Furthermore, it enables cyclists not only to maintain their freehub system without special tools, but also to convert to the various standards. The intention behind the 350 was to create a dependable hub that supports cyclists in their independence.

These hubs are availalbe with 6-bolt and centrelock disc brakes.

Front axle: Boost 15/110 or 20/110

Rotor Options: Centrelock or 6-Bolt rotors

Rear Axle Options: Boost 12/142mm or Super Boost 12/157mm

Freehub body: Star Ratchet to suit Shimano, Microspline or SRAM XD

DT Swiss Welded Aluminium Rims

All of these rims share the same technology.  What differers is the rim width to suit different tyre s widths and the strength to hande harder terrain.

FR 560 - Built for Freeride/Downhill but is great for eMTBs bikes.  We also have a 36 spoke eMTB specific wheelset with beefier hubs and rims.

EX 511 - The most popular Enduro rim on the market and for good reason, the EX 511 gets results and has an impressive trophy cabinet to prove it.

XM 481 - For Trail and All-Mountain wheelsets, and strong enough on the front of an Enduro bike. 

XR 391 - For weight concious XC riders looking to save weight and run 2.1" tyres.

If you like running ~2.5" tyres then 30mm wide rims are best for you.
