First-time owners of DT Swiss carbon wheels, purchased after January 1, 2020, benefit from a lifetime guarantee against material and workmanship defects. No registration is required, but the original purchase receipt must be presented to make a claim.
The Fair-Share Policy allows for crash replacement at specified costs per wheel and provides a refreshed wheel ready for many kilometers of fun and adventure. This program is valid for ten years from the purchase date.
