The Fair Share Policy provides a replacement with a new rim at a cost-conscious rate if the carbon rims have suffered a defect due to a riding error. The personal contribution for ARC 1100 DICUT DISC wheels is CHF 749 / EUR 749 / USD 749 per wheel.
First-time owners of DT Swiss carbon wheels purchased after January 1, 2020, are covered by a lifetime warranty against material and workmanship defects. No registration is required, but the original purchase receipt with specific details must be provided for claims. Proper assembly, handling, and maintenance following the user manual are prerequisites for coverage under the extended guarantee and Fair-Share Policy.
