An 85mm DICUT rim is purpose-built for flat courses, time trials, and criteriums where outright aero gain outweighs all other considerations.

Maximum depth, measurable speed
85mm of DICUT carbon is as deep as road racing gets for a front wheel that still handles predictably. The toroidal rim profile manages yaw sensitivity so the wheel delivers aerodynamic performance without the unpredictable handling that plagued older deep-section designs.
Disc-specific thru-axle front end
The 12x100mm thru-axle interface provides the rigid, consistent front-end feel that a deep-section wheel demands — particularly important when the wheel is doing aerodynamic work in variable crosswinds.
Wheel Tuning System
At 85mm, WTS matters most. The tyre profile matched to this rim is selected to ensure the combined aerodynamic performance is optimised, not just the rim geometry in isolation.
Compatibility
Axle: 12x100mm front thru-axle. Brake: disc (rotor not included). Tyre type: tubeless-ready clincher (tyre not included). Best suited for flat-to-rolling courses. Sold as individual front wheel.
DT Swiss wheels are covered by DT Swiss's manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear from normal use, incorrect installation or crash damage is not covered. Carbon rims may also be eligible for DT Swiss's Fair Share crash-replacement programme — ask us for the current terms. For any warranty claim or support, return the wheel to Tune Cycles and we will handle it with DT Swiss's Australian distributor.
