Fixed torque, tamper-proof

The torque is set at the factory and can't be changed by accident. A robust slip clutch gives a clear audible and tactile signal when it's reached and won't transmit any more. Loosening torque is much higher than the tightening value, so you can undo the same screw without another tool.

Compatibility & fit

For hex socket screws of the chosen size, only where the component maker specifies that exact torque. Check the value printed on your stem, seatpost clamp or component manual first.
