SPEEDPLAY Standard Tension Walkable Cleats give the firm, secure engagement for everything from steep climbs to all-out racing. They are the cleats supplied with the ZERO, NANO, AERO and SPEEDPLAY POWER pedals.

Standard or Easy Tension?
Both cleats share the same body, adjustment and float. The only difference is the spring: Standard Tension holds firmer and needs a more deliberate twist to release, while Easy Tension releases with less effort. You can tell them apart by colour: Standard Tension has black covers, Easy Tension grey.
When to replace
Wahoo recommends replacing cleats every 5,000 to 8,000 km, or sooner if the base plate or spring housing deforms, a spring breaks, or the cleat rocks side to side. Replace all cleat parts, including base plates, at the same time.
Compatibility & fit
Fits all current Wahoo SPEEDPLAY road pedals (ZERO, NANO, AERO, COMP) and SPEEDPLAY POWER / POWRLINK ZERO, and is backward compatible with legacy (pre-Wahoo) SPEEDPLAY ZERO pedals. Not compatible with other legacy SPEEDPLAY pedals such as X-Series, Frog or SYZR. Mounts to 3-hole road shoes. Designed for road and indoor trainer use only. Dirt and grit in the cleat affect engagement, so keep cleats clean and lubricate the springs with a PTFE dry lube.
In the box: cleat assembly for left and right shoes (including cleat surrounds), screw packet, quick start guide. Mounting needs a #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Wahoo warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, for the original purchaser under normal use. Warranty claims are handled in the country of purchase. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cleats are wear items, so normal wear isn't covered.
For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Wahoo's Australian distributor.
