Rim brakes wear the rim itself, so a V-brake wheel eventually needs a new one. This double-wall 27.5" x 1.5" rim suits VelectriX eBikes with V-brakes and has machined sidewalls.

The current VelectriX range uses Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, so this rim is for earlier 27.5" models built with V-brakes.

Fit and compatibility

VelectriX lists this rim for 27.5" eBikes with V-brakes and doesn't name models. Check your bike has V-brakes and a 36 hole 27.5" rim before ordering. For disc brake bikes, see the 27.5" disc rim (VXAUS10307).
