Skratch Labs Unsweetened Hydration Sport Drink Mix (formerly Everyday Drink Mix) gives you electrolytes and a squeeze of real lemon and lime, and nothing else. It is the bottle for easy days, commutes and anyone keeping fuel and hydration separate.

Highlights

• Same electrolyte profile as the original Skratch Labs Hydration Sport Drink Mix, with no added sugar
• 400 mg sodium, 10 calories and 0 g sugar per serve, as listed by Skratch Labs
• No sweeteners, no artificial flavours and no dyes: just electrolytes and a squeeze of real fruit
• Suits short or low-sweat sessions, riders who keep fuel and hydration separate, travel and the sauna
• Dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free, kosher, vegan and non-GMO, as listed by Skratch Labs

How to use it

Start by adding one scoop to 355–500 ml of water and shake. Use it when you want electrolytes and a touch of real fruit for flavour, but nothing more. On hot or extra-sweaty days, add Skratch Labs Electrolyte Booster for more sodium without adding calories, carbs or flavour.

What it tastes like

Unsweetened on purpose. Expect a light citrus flavour with a slightly salty edge. It won't taste sweet, so your carbohydrate can come from chews, bars or food instead.
