Easy in, easy out

The Light Action spring tension takes less effort to engage than standard SPD pedals, which is exactly what you want when you are stopping at lights or pausing on a tour. Because the pedal is double-sided, you can clip in without flipping it over.

Set the tension to suit you

Entry and release tension is adjustable, so you can run it loose while you build confidence and firm it up later. The supplied SM-SH56 cleats release multi-directionally, meaning you can twist out at an angle as well as the usual sideways heel movement.

Built to keep rolling

A chromoly steel spindle runs on a low-maintenance sealed cartridge bearing unit, with an aluminium body to keep weight sensible for everyday use.

Compatibility & fit

Uses the Shimano SPD two-bolt cleat system and comes with SM-SH56 multi-directional release cleats. Compatible with two-bolt SPD cleat-compatible shoes. Fits standard 9/16 inch pedal threads. Suited to commuting and light road touring rather than off-road racing.
