Design & Construction

The PD-M8100 pairs a forged aluminium pedal body with a chrome-moly steel spindle supported by a sealed bearing system and wide bearing placement for durability under load. The open binding mechanism with rounded contact points channels mud away from the retention hardware, keeping engagement crisp lap after lap. With 4 degrees of float and a 13-degree release angle, the pedal gives your knees natural movement while still releasing cleanly when needed.

Compatibility & Fit

Compatible with all standard Shimano SPD cleats (SM-SH51 single-release and SM-SH56 multi-release). Suitable for cross-country MTB, cyclocross, and gravel cycling shoes with recessed two-bolt SPD sole. Thread: standard 9/16" pedal thread. Weight: 342g per pair.
