Caliper & Lever Detail

The BR-M8200 is Shimano's XC-oriented 2-piston XT caliper, featuring an aluminium body and post-mount interface compatible with 140mm, 160mm, and 180mm rotors via the appropriate adapter. The BL-M8200 lever blade is cold-forged alloy, offering proven durability without excess weight. Both components are engineered as a matched system within the Deore XT M8200 groupset.

Pad & Hose

This kit includes G05A-RX resin pads without cooling fin — a lighter-weight option suited to XC and cross-country trail riding where sustained heat build-up is less of a concern. The 1700mm hose is standard rear length for most full-suspension and hardtail MTB frames. Compatible replacement pad options include G05A-RX (resin/no fin), J05A-RF (resin/with fin), G04S-MX (metal/no fin), and J04C-MF (metal/with fin).
