Sealed, serviceable performance
High-quality seals keep grit and water out of the bearings, helping the hub spin freely season after season. As a cup-and-cone Shimano hub, it can be cleaned, regreased and adjusted rather than thrown away, which keeps a quality wheelset running for years.
Center Lock made simple
The Center Lock disc mount uses a splined interface and a single lock ring, so swapping rotors is faster and the rotor sits more precisely than a six-bolt fitting. The result is consistent, confident braking.

The HG spline freehub body accepts Shimano and compatible HG cassettes from 8-speed right through to road and MTB 11-speed, making this an easy choice for builds, upgrades and replacement wheels alike.

This is a rear hub only; rotor, cassette, spokes and rim are not included.
