RAPIDFIRE PLUS puts both levers within easy reach so you can shift without changing your grip. The 2-Way Release adds flexibility for releasing gears, letting you push with your thumb or pull with your index finger, and you can drop up to two gears in a single stroke.

The built-in optical gear display sits on top of the shifter and shows your current gear at a glance, which is handy on climbs and in stop-start traffic where you want to set off in the right gear.

Compatibility and fit

This is the right shifter only. Pick the speed to match the rest of the drivetrain: the SL-U6000-10R pairs with 10-speed LINKGLIDE rear derailleurs and cassettes (RD-U6000-GS or RD-U6020 with CS-LG400-10, CS-LG600-10 or CS-LG300-10), the SL-U6000-11R with 11-speed ones (RD-U6000-GS or RD-U6020 with CS-LG700-11, CS-LG600-11 or CS-LG400-11). It must be used with matching LINKGLIDE components for correct indexing. The clamp band fits standard 22.2 mm handlebars.
