Shimano CUES Di2 was developed specifically for electric-assist bicycles running the EP600 or EP801 motor systems. For riders who prefer manual control, a simple button press overrides the system instantly and switches back seamlessly.

LINKGLIDE Durability

Where conventional drivetrains can show wear quickly under the elevated torque of an e-bike motor, LINKGLIDE components are purpose-built to absorb that load. The specially shaped chain links and sprocket teeth engage more gradually, reducing stress per shift and dramatically extending service intervals. The RD-U6050-GS uses direct attachment (conventional hanger) mounting. It is a 1x10-speed derailleur compatible with Shimano LINKGLIDE 11–43T 10-speed cassettes, with a 32T total capacity. Electronic shifting is via the Di2 EW-SD300 wire standard. Compatible with Shimano EP600 and EP801 e-bike motor systems only. Not compatible with mechanical shifting or non-CUES Di2 groupsets.
