A 36T low sprocket gives a genuinely useful bail-out gear on a double chainset, so you can ride longer climbs seated without over-gearing the rest of your cassette.

Compatibility and fit

For Shimano 12-speed road drivetrains with a matching 12-speed shifter and cassette, with a maximum low sprocket of 36T. Short cage, for double chainrings. Fits a standard derailleur hanger and is also direct mount compatible. If you are unsure whether your cassette is within range, ask us before you order.

Shimano covers this product under its standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear is excluded, which on a rear derailleur includes the jockey wheels, bushings and pivots, along with damage from crash, chain suck or a bent hanger.
