The 52 ASA brings the shape of Profile Design's Aero Shaped Carbon (ASC) extensions to aluminium. The extension shifts sideways to line up with your arm's natural position while keeping a 22.2 mm mounting area, so it fits most standard aerobars.

Why a shaped extension
Profile Design's ASC and ASA series share one idea: shift the extension sideways so it lines up with your arm, while keeping the standard 22.2 mm clamping area. The 52 ASA does it in aluminium, which Profile Design positions as its best-value shaped extension.
Cable routing
The extensions are pre-drilled for bar-end shifter cable routing, with cables exiting at the rear, so there are no cable exit holes along the extension. They work with electronic or mechanical shifters.
Compatibility & fit
Fits any aerobar designed for 22.2 mm extensions. Minimum length for the 400 mm version is 285 mm, measured from the front of the clamp. Follow Profile Design's 52 ASA extensions installation instructions.
Aerobar fitting and position set-up is a separate workshop service and isn't included in the price. Our workshop can fit the extensions, cut them to length and set up your position.
Profile Design warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty does not cover products that have been modified, misused, involved in a crash or impact, or damaged by improper assembly or by failing to follow the installation instructions.
