Praxis G1 Brodium Pedal Bearing and Bushing Rebuild Kit

The parts Praxis specifies to refresh the bearings and bushings in a pair of first-generation (G1) Brodium flat pedals, so pedals that have gone rough or developed play spin smoothly again.
What's in the kit
- 6 × cartridge bearings (three per pedal)
- 2 × Igus bushings
- 1 × left-hand and 1 × right-hand spindle screw
- 2 × lip seals
- 2 × bearing spacers
- 2 × axle plugs
Rebuilding
Praxis's G1 Brodium manual walks through the rebuild. You'll need 8, 6, 4 and 3 mm hex keys, a pick or small flat screwdriver, a small hammer and marine-grade grease; an M13 × 1.5 (or 1/2 in-13) tap is only needed when the Igus bushing has to be replaced. Spindles aren't included. The Tune workshop can rebuild your pedals for you as a separate workshop service.
Compatibility & fit
Fits Praxis G1 Brodium pedals, the original Brodium with three bearings and one Igus bushing per pedal. It does not fit G2 Brodium or G2 Brodium SL pedals, which use Praxis's separate G2 kit.
Praxis warrants its components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date, for the original owner with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, and Praxis treats bearing wear over the life of the product as wear. Damage from crashes, impact, incorrect installation (including using the wrong tools) or modification is also excluded.
This cover is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Keep your proof of purchase. For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Praxis's Australian distributor.
