Black VP BMX pedals with a one-piece nylon body, nylon pins, sealed bearings and a 9/16" cr-mo axle. A flat BMX platform lets you put a foot down anywhere and step off quickly, which suits BMX, dirt jumps, pump tracks and everyday riding in ordinary shoes.

The nylon body is light and tough, and it won't rust. Sealed bearings keep water and grit out, so the pedals spin smoothly for longer with less maintenance.

These have a 9/16" axle thread, the standard for three-piece cranks, which almost every adult bike and most better kids' and BMX bikes use. They won't fit a one-piece crank, which takes 1/2" pedals, unless you add a thread adaptor.

To fit, grease the pedal threads, start each pedal by hand so it doesn't cross-thread, then tighten it with a pedal spanner or the hex key it takes. The left pedal has a reverse thread, so it tightens anticlockwise.
