Designed for high-pivot bikes
High-pivot suspension layouts move the chain further than a conventional design, so MRP built the MXg around a large S5 roller rather than a standard pulley to keep the chain quiet and running smoothly through its full travel.
Compatibility & fit
MRP's published fit list for the MXg covers the Cannondale Jekyll, Devinci Chainsaw, Devinci Spartan, Forbidden Druid, Forbidden Dreadnought, GT Force and Trek Slash (Gen 6). It mounts to an ISCG-05 lower 2-bolt tab only, so check your frame uses this standard before ordering.
MRP covers this chainguide under its limited warranty: 1 year (2 years within the EU) against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase, for the original purchaser. Registration isn't required for MRP drivetrain and chainguide products, but keep your proof of purchase. Chainguides are built to absorb impacts that would otherwise damage the chainring and crank, so normal wear and impact damage from use isn't covered. For warranty support, return the product to Tune Cycles and we'll manage the claim with Link Sports, MRP's Australian distributor.
